Community wellness clinics
Bright Days clinics bring accessible, doctor-led and nurse-supervised wellness checks to community settings across Ireland, complementing GP care and helping people catch concerns early.
What's included
Every Bright Days clinic session is supervised by a doctor or registered nurse and focuses on clear advice, early identification and appropriate referral where needed.
Routine monitoring for a clearer picture of cardiovascular health, with results explained on the day.
A short review of current wellbeing, mobility, home safety and support needs.
Practical screening for people who may be at risk of falls at home or after illness.
Education around risk factors, prevention, warning signs and when to speak with a GP.
Clear, accessible talks and one-to-one guidance for individuals, families and local groups.
Supportive checks after hospital discharge to help people recover safely at home.
How it works
Clinics are open to anyone in the community. No GP referral or prior registration is required.
A doctor or registered nurse will carry out your checks privately and answer any questions.
You receive a clear summary of your results and, where appropriate, a GP referral letter.
Bright Days Wellness Services are designed to complement existing GP care and are not a replacement for emergency medical services.
